I have a good chunk of change saved up in my 401k at work. Been thinking it's time to consider buying my own HOME w/in the next year or two, max!!! Tired of renting. So I upped my 401k by a few percent so the company I work for can match it. Maybe with in a year or so I'll have a good bit saved...

Noomi - yeah.. it is hard work. I'm doing what I can to save but in the end... I'm trying not to fall behind. We have a bonus plan at work which we're on track to make but it won't be for another month or 2. If by chance we bonus 100% then I can get around $1600!!! That will definitely put me ahead and i'll be on track to keep saving. AS LONG AS NOTHING ELSE GOES WRONG!!! LOL Murphy's law... right? yep!!! Anyway - hope things work out for you as well!!!! <3
Took my pain meds for my neck - going off into La La Land in a few, haha. The pain is going away - slowly. I 'm still waking up w/ a stiff sore neck but it's not as bad when I first strained it. Going back to the doctor the end of this week for a check up... right now i'm on light duty...
