just made my famous homemade pizza tonight... four pies worth. All was vegetarian as I had no roni nor any sausage. The first one out of the oven was devoured by me and my wife - and she loved it. It is so rewarding cooking and having the results so well received.

So, today was an interesting day at work. "My position was eliminated'. Euphemism for i don't work there no more. Lovely, lovely. All done in kinda a smarmy way, to be honest. Also, the guy that they kept was incompetent at his job. Kinda funny.

Is it just me that finds those 'drink stirrers' - you know, the sticks, be they glass or plastic - more than a little bit inadequate? I mean, if you want your drink stirred, should you use something that has a bit more surface area, like, um, a *spoon*?
