Holy tropical sunrise batman!
I mean HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me set the stage for my living conditions right now. Maryland, weather is unpredictable, even the weathermen don't know what the hell is gonna happen next.
My apartment, which isn't exactly an apartment it's called an efficiancy (spelled like that for some reason) It's more like a big room with a bathroom. And 90% of my friends don't know where it is. And the ground floor of the building is slightly below ground level, hence the nickname "The Basement of Solitude" (anyone get the reference?) It's my home and I love living here, sometimes. But there is one place I'd love to live that isn't MD. It's a place where 70 degree weather is daily, where horrible weather is a 2 or 3 little clouds in the sky. It's the one thing I have always wanted to do that always seemed like a pipe dream and now it is almost a tangible reality.
With the money I have saved up + tax returns + bonus from work = the movie "Artemis: Werewolf in Hawaii"
that's a horror movie Full Moon would pick up in one hot second
Just a little more cash and I can start looking at living/working possibilities.

Florida was bad enough. But I have a friend that lives there. Well he's native so he loves it there.
Congrats to you though for nearly reaching your dream goal. I'll stick with cloudy, dreary Portland.
