Wait Lost
I'm trying to lose weight. Well, really, I'm in a constant state of trying to lose weight.
When I was vegan I was pretty good about controlling my weight-- I did a 30 day juice fast, and then was vegan for almost a year, until I went to Europe for 6 weeks, which sort of forces you to not be picky about your food, or starve.
So I've cut out bread and dairy, and am drinking these kombucha drink things, and I've lost 3 pounds. So we'll see-- I'm aiming for 10, right now.

A hundred people may have lots of advice for you, but I'll tell you the number one thing that's worked for me in the last couple years. Graze and cartio. The cartio I only do three times a week, but it helps. The best thing, though, is I eat about 5 times a day, but it's all snack sized. Not junk food, but instead of a whole sandwich for lunch, I'll have half lunch, half a couple hours later. Small breakfast. Snack in the evening. That kind of thing. Cutting out bread is good, too. Good luck, but take a little of the advice of Brooke... you're pretty fine already. Enjoy GenCon SoCal if you get a chance and maybe I'll see you around SDCC 04. Or whatever the cute anogram for it is....
