I started back to my biking routine today...hopefully I can keep it up and not get lazy again...so hit the gym and maybe your luck there will be better than your luck at the tables!

Awesome..hit the gym I say..again! Interesting enough...I awoke today and didn't feel like biking but I headed out anyways into the cooler weather with my camera on my backback...biked over to another lake near my home and snapped off some pictures and enjoyed the ride back afterward so I still got my bike ride, I just incorporated it into something else to mix it up and keep it interesting.

Thanks for the virtual hugz as well...it was needed. I have crappy luck with the gals...haha. One of these days it may change but after 35 years...why push for it now!
