I am the phantom friend, apparently.
It's okay... life just does that to me sometimes.
This semester I'm taking a 10 week Accounting Principals course, along with Humanities for the first 5 weeks, and Philosophy for the 2nd 5 weeks.
I thought for a long time that Math just wasn't my thing. That my 'brain just doesn't think that way'. I am kinda understanding Accounting right now - at least more than I thought I would, and the Debits and Credits thing doesn't seem so difficult. I try to liken things to things I'm famliar with, likening 'accounts' to people in an organization, and noting that when you make a debit to an account and compliment it with a credit to Cash, it's like 'i had to pay this bill, now i'm giving ___ the cash to pay it.' Somehow personifiying everything always helps.
Humanities is cool, it's like Art on crack, because everyweek we study a differnet kind of art. THis weeks' art under discussion is Theater, Film & Music. We have to bring art that has greatly affected us to share with the class, and I've decided to actually read one of the Monologues from the Vagina Monologues. Not the one that I read in the production, but another one. Hey, I can't scare the guys just too much. I thought that Short Skirt would give a good introduction to what the Monologues are about.
I hurt. I seriously need to get out and move. I sit at work all day, I sit at school all night, and I sit at home. It's pathetic. I either need to move or hire my own massage therapist. Any takers?
Wow, I've managed to attract a lot of new friends lately! I'm so thrilled to have new friends to chat to.
Its sad that I hardly ever surf the groups here anymore, and maybe only check for new Girls once a week or two. I still like naked chicks, don't get me wrong, I guess my *ahem* interest... is changing.
I can't believe it's been a year since I even kissed a girl. God.
I also can't believe it's almost August. Who took my Summer? For fucks sake. Give it back.
