Tragic News. I found out today, much to my surprise,
that the web server at the school where I work blocks
access to SG (such Victorian prudery!), so I won't be

If you're gung ho on getting to naughty sites that are restricted, your best bet might be to use an anonymous web proxy, which is basically like going to a web site that downloads some other website and shows that site to you.

Sadly, my favorite proxy is down at the moment, so I don't have any links for good, public access proxies right now, though I found an interesting site myself at:

http://tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/

Also, might wanna do a web search for "anonymous proxy" or something. Also, if you're willing to pay for such a service, you can get it at:

http://www.cotse.net/servicedetails.html

This assumes, of course, that your school didn't also block access to the proxy. =) Hope this post finds you well and you get SG at your uni. wink

A surprisingly interesting day. I went with my family to have lunch with my grandparents and cousins, which should have been a rather boring affair. It's nice to see family, but not my first choice of activities. A couple of strange things happened though.

I think the power cuts were just due to a couple of short circuits. It cut out at 6:30 in the evening and didn't last too long, but of course the trains stayed fucked all night.

I'm considering getting that tattoo... and getting my nose re-pierced. And a nipple too. Spend spend spend!!!
