Recently i've been hitting it pretty hardcore on the old fitness - its a common myth that vegans can't build muscle, I say BULLSHEEET to that. I've been cycling every day doing on average 20km, yoga every morning for core and flexibility, and then following an online fitness program for weight training 4/5 days a week. Quite frankly, I haven't felt better! Its impressive what a bit of exercise can do for you.
