somebody managed to get a video of it. It's kind of sad really. I don't like seeing anybody in that position. hell, I didn't even know being hanged (hung?) was still in style. Where's the fire brigade when you need one? Or and old fashioned foot race? I think the noose had 13 loops as well, and that's very illegal, I'd like to add.
