I fail at blogging, if i ever reach my aspiration of going pink, perhaps i'll blog more... or i'll still fail, hurhur.
I'm working now, which is very good. It doesn't feel like a job, which i think is even better. Despite this though, still tiring! So odd working round the college i went to just last year with my staff badge around my neck. Being able to use the staff toilets too, wow, they have handwash and moisterising cream! Lavish lifestyle these college staff members, oh, i even have a blue file to keep all my S8's, support worker notes and paper. I felt really grown up yesterday as i bought a diary for the first time, and noted down my meetings
Signed off today, thank fuck. I get a job, and they still want me to go in on the day i work 9-4. They still wanted me to go to this place to help me find work too, er, hello? Just told you i got a job, fair enough it wasn't 16 hours, but having to go to some place 6 hours a week so jobcentre can give me 8 a week for 3 hours job searching, i'd make 21 for working! So pointless.
Had my first smear today, i hate those frigging speculum's. Anyway, doctor took the smear and another swab, said she couldn't see any polyps or rawness. Wouldn't have had the smear if i didn't push it though, apparently family history of abnormal cells in the good old cervix isn't enough to warrant having a smear at a younger age, think it was the bleeding after sex thing that pushed it though. Might not be anything, might be an infection, might be abnormal cells, might just be that my depo decided to put me through it, who knows?
Dogsitting for my sister, very last minute. Her best friend was supposed to be doing it for 2 weeks, she wasn't answering her phone all day today, so my sister went round as it wasn't like her, knocked, no answer, but could hear her dog barking, also not normal. Went round the back to her bedroom window and could hear her coughing oddly. So they called the police who broke the door down to find her covered in sick and blood. She'd fitted, paramedics were called but she fitted again whilst my sister was with her. Not good at all, she's still not fully back, in the hospital at least though.
She had a fit last year, but when she called NHS direct after waking up confused in the evening (she'd been out of it all day, my sister suggested it sounded like a fit as she'd bitten a huge chunk out of her tongue) and saying no to soiling herself, they said call the doctor, she got an appointment for the neurologist in November for this month, which was cancelled by them and moved to Febuary. Twats, well, they're gonna be doing all the tests now aren't they? Why couldn't they have just had the appointment earlier? Seriously, if my sister hadn't gone round, or if it had been tomorrow when she was on holiday, who knows what could've happened?
Gah, free health service, yes, effecient, not really.
