hmm... what to say about pdx and sg.1 that someone else hasn't already said? it was intense is about all i can come up with on about, oh 5 hours of sleep in 3 days and awhole lot of driving around
had loads of fun and i think i'm really ready finally to go to scotland and meet sguk which is a really funny acronym when you read it outloud
met whole bunches of people including some of the girls, all of whom i might add were awesome and way less creeped out by the whole thing then i had assumed they would be, the kids who drove down were also quite cool and i hope to see em all again someday soon
2 more days till i leave, i think i'm getting excited again

I've never learned any C, but I agree, C++ is uselessly complicated. Java and I get along much better. In fact, we're planning to do C++ in mob style. (That is, after I KICK MODULUS' ASS) Wanna come?
These SG events sound like so much fun.... if only there was a sgcanada, or I could afford a trip to pdx.. GR-RRR!
Nice taste in music
Good luck in Scotland, hope to see you when you come back.
