there are moments wherein, listening to really good music, i think about how it must affect us on some deep, subconscious level. music is like language; there is no culture, no group of people on earth that don't have some form of music.

we are moved by beat and tone. it's nice to philosophize, now and then, about simple things.

things progress strangely. I'm finding that all I tend to want to write about on SG is SG. I'm fascinated by the microcosmic properties of this place, though as a new member, a lot seems out of bounds to me (some groups, a lot of respect from members, etc)
