No, we thought we were going to get it turned back on last payday, but I didn't realize that I had to have been at my job 90 days before getting paid holidays, so my check was only about 1/4 what I expected it to be. We'll be getting our taxes back this week so we'll be able to get it back on then. It's actually not that bad as far as the heat goes. Since we're in apartments I guess we absorb heat from our neighbors, haha. Although it is annoying to keep showering at friend's houses

Yean, I saw it at the Manor -- I worked there back in college, and the folks there sometimes still give me a discount. Definitely the kind of movie you want to discuss afterwords.
I really love Pullman's books, as well -- I went into the movie expecting to be watered down, so I wasn't that surprised that it was a bit of a let-down compared to the books. But, it's so well-cast and well-designed, I thought it was worth seeing. Hopefully they'll do better with the sequals.

No, I didn't get stiches. It bled alot, but once it was cleaned up, we realized that only two teeth actually broke skin, so I've just been keeping it cleaned out really well and bandaged.
