Sooo my month of November has thus far been as work orientated as the rest of my year. Isnt it a bonus that I enjoy what I do...

I met a loverly bunch of coconuts; Lumo, Talamia and Cuddlefish.

I finally (almost) finished the R2D2 tattoo on my dear customer Cliffy. We decided to start a new Glam Metal band called Glitter Vomit and go sweating like proper bluff okes. We also discovered a new (and very accurate) description for the feeling of a tattoo the day after its been done... Its like you just got whacked with a pap lepel. No lekker.



Last but not least, after about two weeks of rain, a complete lack of motivation to do any work on the stack of designs and paintings I have lined up infront of me, and with the help of my good ol' pal Procrastination... I somehow managed to conjure up this rather mood-descriptive watercolour..

This weekend entails the memorial of a close friend that I lost last Friday, my mom's cocktail birthday party on top of the arch at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, and the rest of the weekend in Ladysmith for a big jol / farewell for my friend Marc... Involving fishing, heavy drinking, metal, pear shaped conversations, falling around in mud and smoking the good stuff... All in a fucking BEAUTIFUL setting.
