My most brutal piercing out of all 13 that have come and gone or stuck around, has to have been my microdermal on my middle finger (to beautify my most useful tool for road rage during rush hour traffic).
It took a total of 12 minutes to put it in there and it was so painful that I had to ask for a bucket.
Anyway... I lost the jewellery for it a dozen times too many, it got infected once or twice, and it looked pretty fugly anyway with no bling screwed into it so I got it removed.
The doctor was so freaked out by it that I managed to negotiate the price of the procedure all the way down to cost price of the equipment (sweet) just by telling him Id rather do it myself, for free. He used a local anaesthetic (bliss), made an incision with a scalpel, and literally yanked and twisted the dermal anchor out of my finger. Twas an interesting sensation to say the least. Anyway, lots of blood and two stitches later and my dermal was gone.
