The Hunt continues...
So now that I am unemployed I have to find a new job again. I guess quitting my job made me realize I am worth a lot more than I thought. I contacted the agency I'm working with and told them why I quit. She was outraged that both her and I were lied to. I figured I needed to tell her since most of the Japanese speaking jobs go through this agency. Unless I want to work as either a waitress at a Japanese restaurant, or bagging groceries at Mitsuwa, I had to tell her.
Another thing I realized about selling myself short, is that I can do a lot more than what my resume says. With this new found confidence I am searching for a job that treats me right and helps me to grow professionally.
On another note, I am again on a diet. I normally don't have any problems when I go on a diet. Controlling my apetite is no big deal. Excercising, which I found out is inevitable when wanting to lose weight, is absolutely horrible. I rode my bike to the polling site today, so I could vote for my favorite write-in candidate Donald Duck. It's about a 10min bike ride at most. Boy..I was about to fall over and die from cardiac arrest!
That tells you how bad in shape I am. But why should I be the only one to withness by pathetic physical condition? never! like the old saying goes "misery loves company" so if anyone wants to get together and excercise drop me a line.
