Hi all! Just waking up--what a lazy day already. So good news though, today is the start of my hip realignment sessions. I have a horrible back and we're now testing out this new message therapy to try and realign my hips to alleviate some of the pain. Fingers crossed! Other than that, just been kinda relaxing this weekend. Watching some good movies and hanging out with my roommates. Well, I hope everyone has a terrific day.
