So today I went through a "major metamorphis". Not really, I just think it's pretty funny, hence my profile pic. I had plans to get my vertical labret pierced today, and I knew that I would have to shave some of my beard off in order to make sure that hairs didn't go into the open wound, and I'm sure the piercer appreciated it. Anyways, I got shaving, and it looked all off balance, so I thinned it out. Then, it made me look like a huge prep, so I shaved it all off. Then, I had a sudden urge to shave all my hair off (probably from watching Ian MacKaye so much), so I did.
I went to the piercer, I got to go to Custom Ink! I love that place so much. I've had to go to Napoleon's before because Custom Ink won't do a lot of stuff including my septum, and a bridge as well as smiley that I want as well. So I go to Custom Ink and the girl doing it keeps calling it a "Randy" after the guy who does all my tattoos (his name is Randy of course) because he was the first and one of the few she has done one on. I kind of wish she didn't tell me this, because it made me kind of nervous to know that I was one of the few she has done one on... So Randy and I are talking and joking around during the whole thing, and I was so scared to get this done, but it was really not that bad at all. Yes, it did hurt a lot, but nowhere near as much as I thought it would and it was totally bearable. It was over way sooner than I thought it would be, I didn't faint (I almost did with my septum) and I like it so much. She only charged me $30 for it, so I gave her a $20 tip and she couldn't believe it. I always tip Randy and my piercer really good.
Anyways, I made that dumb little before and after thing for my profile pic to show how much I've changed in one day. LOL.
