well the new day begins and it's looking very positive my good friends have told me a couple places to shop for my fun time with the wife if shes still alive after trying to lose all of her two babies in two years weight she's killing herslef but theres no way for me to stop it so whatever hope she doesn't over do it. damn ocd wife, sometimes i just wanna strangle the shit out of her and do you all know what thats called............Marriage! granted i never would strangle her but just wanna some days. Anyways Iraqi life is going decent i've lost another 5 pounds in two weeks and my weight training is steadily increasing to studlyish weights well it is now time to go work on my chest and back
