this week i started the Body For Life diet, which basically focuses on high protein and a ton of exercise. its kinda hard to start off, because of course i cant eat some of my favorite stuff (oh, popcorn with extra extra butter.. how i miss thee!) but i am sure it will get easier the longer i go. plus.. its only 12 weeks.. i can handle that! thats not so bad! must.. be... strong...
