i should really update my blog seeing as my world's been turned upside down over the past few weeks. thank you to everyone who sent me love over losing my kitty, it warms my heart to know that there are so many other good people out there that are true animal lovers.

so as cheesy as it may sound, i feel like my zachie is taking care of me from kitty heaven, sending me a boy just a week later to turn me into a corny mushbag. yes, for the first time in years, i have a real boyfriend...for the past two weeks, i've felt like a giddy little schoolgirl. something i didn't think was possible anymore. i'd grown so jaded for so long, i was starting to feel like love was just an abstract idea that i wasn't ever going to find. something of childhood fairy tales, not reality. but this has totally smacked me right out of that mindset...it's so bizarre and refreshing feeling like this. i know i'm probably disgusting most of you ha but it's what's going on so suck it up and watch me melt.

zoomusikgrl, i owe you one, big time. who would have thought a night out at the bar with your friends to cheer up our morose asses would turn out so well. it really does come when you least expect it.
