Ok, so I've decided that its high time I lose this weight that's been nagging at me for the last year.
No more silly drinks or anything like that, I have a different plan
Cutting out improper sugars from my diet (skittles, starburst, etc.) and replacig with healthier foods like oranges.
No alcohol.
No "snack foods"
I'm going to try it for a month and see how it goes.
That alongside my boxing classes, I should be raring to go. We'll see what happens.
I want to be happy on the beach this summer - sunburn or not. And I know I can do it.
