What you want to do is export your pic from iphoto to your pictures folder....So your on iphoto,and you have the pic you want on the screen,go to file,then click export.....it will give to the option of where you want to export it to...so you choose pictures.....it will also give you the option of resizing (which you have to do to keep it under 100kb,to get it on SG)....so you have to put in numbers to get the right size...If the pic is sideways,try putting 450 in for width,height will take care of itself...if the pic is up & down,then visa versa.IT usually works best for me if I make the longest part of the pic between 400 & 500,but sometimes,the closer you get to 500 makes it too big...Good Luck!!

I scaled my posts down to under 100k and they came out fine. Used ImageReady.
My profile pic I chose a landscaped framecrop and there it goes. MUST change it though - look very bristly ha ha.
