So, yesterday morning I spent three hours in the ER cause my tummy was all messed up. Apparently I have a nasty virus and I'm on what they call a "BRAT" diet....bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. I enjoy eating all of those things, but if you know me, you know I love my greasy delicious food, and raw veggies, both of which are big no-no's. My kidneys are so sore, every movement, cough, sneeze, anything, hurts them. I'm pretty sure its because I was so beyond dehydrated and couldn't keep anything down, not to mention the 4 hours of puking and 5 hours of dry heaving, I'm lucky I didn't rupture one, or tear my asophogus! They gave me these magic and tasty little dissolving pills that literally work immediately to stop nausea, and some pain pills for my tummy. So today I'm feeling much better, still stomach pain and kidneys of course, but much better off than I was yesterday morning. Because of this I had to call off work today, which I'm actually thankful for because this means I get an extra day of rest before shit hits the fan! The owners of the company I work for are firing the manager that hired me, and replacing her with me. It was supposed to go down today, but instead tomorrow. Another reason I'm writing this blog, because I know my life is about to get a bit hectic. This store is in terrible condition and its up to me to clean it up, and clean up the employees. I'm ready for the challenge and I love being the boss. Its crazy to me actually, sometimes I take a step back and just look at my life, especially when I'm feeling stressed. I'm 21 yrs young, and this will be the second store I've managed....I've got a wonderful man who takes care of me and loves me unconditionally, and I've got the best community to be a part of-Suicide Girls. So I'm just going to grab life by the horns and go! As nervous as I am for this new job, and trying to go pink, I'm thankful to have the opportunities. Wish me luck guys!
