Well I started to tell some of the students that I work with that I am leaving. I feel bad because it is almost like I am turning my back on them. I really should not feel this way because I had to make this decision for me and my family. I am a family guy and there is a lot I could be doing with them. Not too mention that my new job is a 31% raise over what I make now. That is hard to pass up. I will be going back to an area I love.

I told them I will stay in touch and they can still use me as a resource.

I guess I just have to keep justifying my decision, but it was right.
