I'm the worst procrastinator in the world. Especially when it comes to getting important things such as college work done. No, instead I clean the bath, tidy my room or decide to modify my xbox!
I thought you might like to see a couple of pics, it's not totally finished yet but I think it's going ok. Certainly not anywhere near the professional mods you see but this one is for me.

The hardest bit to do was getting the Xbox jewel off, It took ages! I had to melt the glue underneath with a hairdryer and then prise the jewel off without breaking it, then get all the green paint of the underside and polish it so you see you hand through it. Anyway,not perfect but you can see Lil's face through it anyway.
The X itself is primed with undercoat and then sprayed with Gold Leaf. I'm trying to find a way to get the images more permanent too.

I also modified the front light, little bit of wiring trickery inside. The loading light is now half red and half green as opposed to just boring green all the time.
Sorry for the shoddy images, once it's properly finished I'll take some photo's in a decent light and upload them! Also perhaps when I'm brave enough I'll try some LED modifications like the shiny ones you see on people's xbox's who actually know what they are doing!
Also, instead of doing college work,I decided to turn my hair into Manga hair so it's now Violet/ Red.!
