Silna at the window.
Melmkelp's detector starts to glow, signalling a portal is near.
Before you start to think I've lost it completely and are wondering "What the fuck are these?" I shall explain.
They are actually 2 kind of twisted story boards or at least created interpretations of scenes from my as yet unfilmed er, film "Portal Girls" .It's an off beat emotional fantasy/sci-fi/serial/horror set in the future featuring two adventurous sisters who collect various special objects from different places through the use of portal travel.
The script is written and these are 2 pieces I created at the time to try and give myself an extra visual idea in my head of what I had written.
The film starts with one of the main characters, Silna, looking out of her house window and getting more than a little worried because she thinks the snow has covered up a portal they have just the day before found.
The second is meant to represent Melmkelp, the other sister's arm implant glowing when they are nearing the portal they found.
The script itself gets quite weird and there is stuff in it that I don't know if it could be filmed or not.
Namely a dog invasion on a foggy beach and the portal's themselves.
If you would like to read the script you can email me.
Not quite sure why I remembered I had this artwork since I did it ages ago now but I thought you may like to see it anyway. Hopefully a bit more interesting than the usual film storyboards done with magic markers that you see in major productions. Mixed media is fun to do.
To be honest,I'm not holding high hopes that it will ever get made but I'll always carry the story and the characters with me in my head. I don't know where they came from but I've grown quite fond of them.

I honestly dont make to much to say about it other than, yeah - I can see how that would look onscreen, thanks to very straightforward written directions. The dialogue flowed nicely too. It certainly has a drem-like quality, in the sense that people are talking very frankly about impossible or weird things as if it's perfectly normal to do so.
Humph. I dint explain myself very well there. Ah well.
Good luck with this. I look forward to seeing what comes of it.
So I shall Be Hearing from you soon about That Part in your Flick...Right?
Have A Good One, Doll!
