I woke up this morning, knowing full well the night before that it was Halloween the next day, but due to deep sleep and odd dreams, when I woke, I'd forgotten it was Halloween.Then I was making coffee and spinning round a bit to Bikini Kill and it hit me, "It's halloween!" and much happiness ensued. Simple pleasures eh?
Anyway, I'm excited also as the Pre-orders for my double Album "Secrets of a Lepidopterist" go up today. This is a 34 track lp of Dissolved material spanning over 6 years, most of it unreleased and rare.
Limited to 50 copies, it's got exclusive artwork, housed in a double DVD case and also has an art insert, hand signed by me which is different for each copy.
You can buy it at Metanoia and Dissolvedamberrooms if you should be so inclined.
Samples for each of the 34 tracks are available at the site too.
My website here has been totally redesigned also.
It's an exciting and dark Halloween for sure.

Edit- I've really had no time to start on a new journal so I'm just going to add stuff to this one. Here's some recent pictures. The first is a shot of the moon hiding behind some clouds over Glasgow.
The rest of these pictures are from the night of Nov 5th, fireworks night of course!

It was incredibly windy on the balcony I was standing on overlooking the city so I got expected motion blur. It really ruined some of the pictures that I haven't posted but for some of these, it possibly added to the effect. I hope.
Sparklers are my favourite thing about Fireworks night.
