So... along with the numerous health and financial issues I've been dealing with for quite some time, things still seem to get worse. I was wavering about quitting my job for my health and I knew they likely wouldn't keep me much longer, but changed my mind and decided I'd keep trying. The very day I decided that, which was Monday March 28th, I was told my contract was terminated as I pulled into my driveway after work. So I was unemployed and basically unable to work it seems. Well last night I decided to call the government health care line to inform them I had no income now, in hopes of getting more assistance paying my health insurance, but instead I found out that after this month I will no longer get any help paying health insurance. I'm no longer required to have it, but my numerous health issues kinda make not having it an problem since some of my medications without insurance are several hundred dollars a each. So if I keep my insurance I will be paying double what I was. Texas is a stupid state so I fall in a particular gap it has where I can't get medicaid either. If I had known updating my income for insurance would have screwed me over further I wouldn't have done it.
Guess that's enough ranting for now.
