I wrote this in my car waiting in the rain while waiting for a bullshit doctor's appointment that never happened and was the catalyst for yet another nosedive into a deeper depression. Remember that this came before the unfortunate doctor nonesense... There's not necessarily an order to this as I basically scribbled it on an old receipt in like 10 minutes, but I thought I might share a glimpse into how most of my thinking goes as this was literally the words I was thinking while driving to the appointment.
