And sorry for the delayed responsed, i was in florida for 5 days visiting family and i just got back this afternoonsmile Hope evryone had a wonderful weekendsmile

Hiya! Florida and A.C. sounds great! I was Hickory, North Carolina. I went down there to visit some friends who moved there last year. Wasn't the most exciting or exotic of vacations, but I still had a great time smile

Ok.... so i had a breakthrough tonight... i am training for a 5K(3.1 miles) and i always had a hard time running because of asthma. The 5k is in 3 weeks and wasnt sure if i could do it. well tonight i ran 3 miles in 29 minutes which i think is pretty damn good, it was my first time time i EVER ran 3...

Thanks, I don't really sleep at night, so on Wed night when there is no one around and nothing to do I was on YouTube and found myself watching episodes of Darkwing Duck. I forgot how much that show kicks ass. Oh, and the running, take it from me, if you can already do the 3 miles the rest is mind over matter. I have asthma like problems myself and was able to run several 5ks 2 summers ago and even did a 5 mile run once. Just make sure you drink alot of water before doing it.

Its 7 am and im sooo busy, i never finished packing for my trip so now i am while writing this, i am also doing dishes(dont want to leave them..ew) finishing laundry and getting clothes ready for work,,ah a casual day, jeans, tshirt and my shox! Ok...so the day wasnt so good but it ended very well...Spoke with a good friend, did a kick ass boxing session followed by a 2 mile run, so im feeling pretty damn good right now... Doing some laundry and packing for florida!!
