Shawn was in a huge, amazing art show Saturday with tons of great artists, performers, speakers and guests, he found out today that his painting sold! I'm so, so proud of him, and it's a piece that really means and says a lot.

I've got tons of shows coming up and haven't really stopped since January! I don't know why I do this to myself, but I got on 2 shows just a week a part from each other and both are brand new acts that still need a bit of work (mostly in the rhinestone department)but I just can't get enough sparkle!
I'm also coming home to Philly for about 5 days and trying to get on a show while out there, which would really, really make my year! Finally have all my Philly family and friends see what I've been doing with myself in the burlesque world! And, I have 3 shows in May, going to Vegas in June for BHOF, and I think I may have a June show as well @_@ I might take it easy in July...I say that now but I'm sure I don't mean it, because I said that about April and look what I've done!

I'll try to get some more pictures up from performances and life and such...the food as well, which really falls in that life and such category.

Speaking of food, I'm off to make some kale I guess...I need more than that, I just am too tired to be inspired...

Oh! Also, on top of all the dancing craziness...my bday is coming up, which is kinda why I'm heading to Philly! I decided the weekend between my actual bday and my trip that I'm going to have a Vegan Sushi/Karaoke Throwdown! I'm so excited! Two of my favorite things in one awesome evening! I'm dressing up, I'll have all my buddies, cannot wait! I didn't do so much last year, and it's kinda stressing me out to plan and organize so much so I may never do this again, but I know it will be worth it!
