I realized my new favorite hobby is sleeping. The constant heat outside has just gotten to me, so all I want to do is hibernate until autumn.

My weekend was lazy. I started it off with the wonderful Apocalypse_dude taking me out for vegan Chinese at New Harmony. I got the ham and vegetable fried rice and he got the Pork low mein. It was tasty...and we had enough left over for lunch the next day! It was in honor of knowing each other for 5 years.
Saturday I slept, watched tv, walked around, played WoW, just really did alot of nothing.
Sunday we went home to see the parents. It was the boys mom's birthday, so we did the family stuff with them, then went to visit my mom. She looks much better, she has color back to her face and her hair is slowly growing back. She seemed to have more energy then she has in weeks. She can even walk around for short periods of time with her walker.
Oh, and I got my hair cut and re-highlighted...well, not really highlighted, more chunks of color. It looks more punky then it did before. Its very short in the back and long in the front. The boy says I look very 80's...I'm trying not to believe him.
Tommorrow I have to look nice for work, and come into the office at 8am. We're trying to impress some big wigs, so no facial peircings, no tattoos, everyone needs to dress business like. I always feel like I'm wearing a costume when they ask for this...like I'm playing dress up. Since I never really dress anywhere near business-like normally. I don't even know what to wear anymore that is business-like.
Blah.
Oh...I did find cookies this weekend. Not fresh baked ones unfortunately but I did have a double chocolate vegan cookie. That was close enough.
Next weekend should be packed full of stuff. Now if only this week would fly by.

I love my job, teaching disabled children! plus I can wear jeans and a tshirt. So good! Yeah my weekend was pretty fun actually. I was near you two on friday, I was a t the troc while you guys were in china town. Hope ya had a good meal!

Congrats on the five years. Usually after five years I hate most people. I think I like the period between the second and third year best. After that, people just quit trying. But luckily I've got someone that I think I'll be able to stand for awhile longer.
