Hi boys and girls.
Knitting circle was faboo! It was so hot in the store we all sat in Rittenhouse park and knit outside. I also began my Koigu collection. I've decided that I'm going to buy Koigu in colors I like, one or two skeins of each, and when I have enough skeins for a sweater I'm going to make a huge multi-color project. I've started my growing stash with two blue-green skeins and a reddish burgundy. I'll probably have a few odds and ends left from various projects i'm working on too.
WoW is coming along. I am know an apprentice of first aid and tailoring. I've made a pair of pants, a shirt, and a bandage. I went on a quest and got my ass handed to me, so I spent the rest of the night killing various beasts in the town. If I can work my way up to level 10 I may go to the big city in my area. Right now I'm sticking to my little town and inn. I also enjoy confusing other players by helping them kill things then running away. It has confused every person I've done it to.
I'm a catty-bitch. I totally admit to it. I've even made my boy into one. But I'm always confused by what goes through most gals heads in the summer. I've seen some god-awful fashion choices in the past month. Brooklyn was the absolute worst. Yes, I know retro is in, but specific articles of clothing were NEVER a good idea, let alone to be brought back into fashion. Like t-shirts with random things sewn on them...why? why would you do that to your clothing?
It makes my head hurt...seriously.
And unless you have nice legs, you have no business wearing short shorts in public...I don't care how hot it is.
We're thinking about moving to a different area of the city. We need to save money. I'm looking into going to school here instead of waiting to do it in Portland. Textiles and Metals are both in my future. We're also hoping to get a dog when we move to new digs...a little scrappy dog who will lick my nose everyday.
Today is my review at work. I'm nervous, but mostly because I really need a pay increase. I'm hoping they're not cheap...sigh. I wish the places I sent my resume would just call me back already.
I need a gal pal...or at least...a girl to play with. I like boobs!
Tootles!
