Hey kats and kittens,

Another hot day in the city of brotherly love.
We had a huge thunderstorm last night. I saw more lightening then I have in quite some time. And the storm was long. It thankfully cooled everything off.

I've been thinking about two things today, my breasts and friends I've lost touch with over the years.
I'm not wearing my supportive bra, so my breasts are working against me. I changed my shirt and forgot to change my bra. So they look less then spectacular. I'm going to be self-conscious about them all day.

I have this long list of people I was very close to that I've lost touch with. And I miss every single person. Maybe its the time of year, but I sometimes wish I was back in old situations with old friends.
This song always makes me think of my past, and it always makes me sad.

I'm feeling very sentimental. Maybe its the heat getting to my brain. I want to call everyone I know and tell them I love them and how much they mean to me.

I love all of you. Your comments keep me going somedays. When I want to throw in the towel and hide under my bed, I can come on here and realize not everyone is out to get me. There are people in the world who are kind.

I only had two cigarettes yesterday. Less then my normal smokes a day. Its a start. I'm proud of myself.

My shawl is washed and blocked and pretty. I will have pictures up soon.
