Hey boys and girls

For some reason i have Rapture from Blondie in my head.

After work last night I went to a happy hour with my coworkers and a woman from Chile who was visiting from the school in Santiago we deal with. She was so generally nice. I hate my job, but I have had the chance to meet so many truly nice people. South Americans are just the sweetest. Anyway, we all talked and this morning a few of us met up with her to get coffee before she left. After speaking to her I want to go to Santiago in the worst way. It looks like such a beautiful city. I would love to travel through central and south america.

I have wanderlust.

I restarted my shawl, after cutting out a second giant knot. It looks lovely already. I plan on making three of these, in three different color combinations. Yes thats excessive, but the pattern is so lovely and the yarn I have is in these beautiful shades. I don't want to waste such colors on socks.
I need to go back to making bags again too. I gave my arm a little rest, its time to go back to business. No matter how much I'd rather be knitting for myself.

I got my vibrator in and my new purse all on the same day! The vibrator is adorable. Its tiny and red and futuristic looking. My purse is gorgeous! I can't wait to use it this weekend.

I can't believe its only Tuesday. So many more days to go this week. Its like climbing up a hill and constantly falling down.
