I have had my first toxic levels of Lithium. The illness I had yesterday was a huge blaring billboard that this had happened.
Which puts me at two severe reactions to medications this year. I'm not liking this trend. I think at my next appointment I'm going to talk to my doctors about this. I don't feel comfortable almost winding up in the hospital.
I'm taking baby steps with my Lithium intake now. I would prefer not to be on it. But being manic isn't really a better option.
I slept a lot last night. I felt so terrible, sleeping seemed like a better state to be in. I did see a movie though. Apocalypse_Dude and I watched End of the Century, the Ramones documentary. It was more interesting then I thought it was going to be. I'm not a huge fan of music based documentaries. I learned a lot about the band I never knew. Like their names for one. It was weird to find out they were never popular. I mean, they were in "alternative" rock circles, but they never caught on beyond that. I guess I lived in a little college rock bubble, they were huge to me and everyone I know.
Tonights documentary: The Devils Playground. Its about the Amish, and the time after a child's 18th birthday when they are allowed to leave the group, explore the world, and return if they choose. I've wanted to see this film since it was out in theaters. I'm looking forward to it.
I can't believe how cold it is outside. Its Spring, damnit! Where's the flowers and warm weather, and light spring rains. It feels like November. And of course this happens after I pack away all of my warmer clothing.
Scent of the day: Hellfire
Song of the day: "Demons" by n.Lannon
Today seems like its going to be long. I think its the overcast sky. It makes everything feel like its going on forever. I'll have to get to sleep early so I can be bright eyed and bushytailed for Sheep and Wool tommorrow.
Yarn yarn yarn....YAY!
