This isn't my proper reply to you. I'm almost off to bed but the flower you described is killing me b/c I think I know exactly what it is but CANNOT remember the breed name. It's a form of an orchid, though. This isn't what I'm thinking of



but does it remotely resemble the form? I know what you're talking about--magenta petals that look so thin they're shredded, with flecks inside like this orchid. Let me know if I'm warm b/c it's killing me. Please show me a picture!

Also last gush, we rarely get the beehives b/c they're just scarce but when we do, my favorite co-worker lets me know by saying "Your babies are here."
