So....my chicken shit boss laid me off in an email.
She was nice enough to even mention that she didn't have the heart to tell me to my face. Since paying me seemed to be seriously fucking up the bottom line..and you know...the business comes first. (and mind you...I was getting paid under the table...she wasn't even fucking paying taxes!!! I got paid CRAP!)

I'm pretty sure the girl who flaked, moved away, but is for some reason coming back will be in my position in the near future. Because why keep a loyal employee when you can hire a flake who has left twice.
I thankfully can still go in the store as a customer (I was told this). I plan on going for knitting circle but NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM SUCH A TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!
....And she honestly wonders why her employees quit and customers hate her...

Spent Saturday going to the behind the scene tour of Terror Behind the walls, the halloween attraction at Easter State. Then spent a lazy evening over a friends house with my hubbie. We all sat around watching bad horror movies and drinking.
Sunday...well...besides becoming suddenly unemployed...I went to the a bout of the Philly Roller Girls! Awesome fucking time! Those girls are impressive. They are THE awesomest roller skatin ladies in this city!!! It makes me want to whip my ass in to shape, learn to skate, and audition in the fall. I think I'd make a bad ass blocker! I'm very excited to see their next bout in September. The only negative...why did it take me so damn long to get my ass to a bout?
Interview tommorrow morning, another one Tuesday morning, and hopefully a third by weeks end. I'm trying to stay optimisitc.
now....what to do with all of this new free time....hmmm....
