I can kinda tell when I am never gonna be the same. The problem (which is no problem at all, really) is the process of integrating that new person with the old one, with the past that will not cease to change. That, essentially, is all problems.
Rare is the time where novelty imposes such problems. Most of the time, the world, and every individual in it, live totally oblivious to new things. "New" things are really just new incarnations of past things and past combinations of things that have long been forgotten because they have become unprofitable. In individual life, things work similarly.
Everything runs smoothly until something breaks down. Then thought imposes itself on perception. What happens when novelty interrupts in a pleasant manner? What happens when thought imposes itself in such a way that it is desireable, even? Rare is the time...
Fucking A, it feels like an ambush, and I like it.
