I am a classically trained Chef with prior kitchen experience in fine dining. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University's National Center for Hospitality Studies and also hold a Professional Bakers diploma. I am ServSafe Certified as well as CARE certified.

I have experience in traditional fine dining fare as well as in vegetarian, vegan, Atkins, and portion based meal preparation.
