Howard might be a demented psychopath but it seems there is method in his madness...

In fact, As I can see something lurking under the layer of lard that adorns me, I suspect I've gotten rid of substantially more that a kg of nasty old lard and replaced it with muscle. nice trade off.

Thanks to Onyski I now know it's national cleavage day. the weekend suddenly looks a whole lot brighter!!!
