I've spent a lot of my life traveling and making decisions on a whim or a feeling, but I think one of the craziest things I have ever done would be traveling to London to get my sleeve.
I had originally scheduled my sleeve with an American artist at Hell City, but they had double booked themselves leaving me without an appointment. So I almost immediately knew what I really wanted to do was to go to London and get it done. So I took the money I was already planning on using in Phoenix, sold my motorcycle to cover airfare and told my mom I was going to London and I wanted her to travel with me since she had never been, or even been to Europe.
I quickly made plans with the shop to book me in for 4 full days and off we went a couple months later.
If you had told me before I left that I would be trying desperately to move over to London not even a full year later I wouldn't have believed you .But here I am, about to head back over to pursue a tattoo apprenticeship, because of the connections and friendships I have made there.
It feels like it was all meant to be, the first artist double booking and having to cancel.
Or else I wouldn't have met the people I was supposed to meet.

That's great! It's awesome sometimes where being spontaneous will get you. Good luck on your apprenticeship!

Yes, a lot of times I have to remind myself to let go and just live! I can't control everything so I may as well have some fun and make some crazy spontaneous decisions while I'm young! Thank you so much. @soraleia
