ASMR Water Sounds and Finding Home
Hey y’all. I am so excited that I’ve become a Hopeful, I never even imagined it was a possibility. I wanted to share a little about myself and one of my newest hobbies. I make ASMR videos on YouTube. If you don’t know what that is, it’s pretty much a combination of visual and audio “triggers” that are meant to relax. Some people experience intense physical reactions, such as tingles going down their spine when they watch. It’s a lot like a guided meditation in some ways and helps people relax, release, and let go.
For me, it's making ASMR that truly relaxes me. I go into a relaxed state and hardly know what is coming out of my mouth. Making these videos soothes me, and has really helped with my physical ability to multitask. I can make "hand sounds" while mouth clicking while rambling, etc. If I make a video in the morning it improves my brain function all day. ASMR has given me something healthy to focus on, and the community has been nothing but supportive.
Recently, I went on a trip to Arizona. That’s where I did the photoshoot for the set I submitted. Everything about that trip was life changing. I found my future home. From the dry heat to watching a storm roll over the mountains with my uncles while hail pelted our eyes. The entire thing was an experience.
Above is an example video of mine with water sound ASMR and an explanation as to what that trip meant to me. Basically, this is a post about finding home.
