How was everyones weekend besides being way too cold for June?
Went to go see Cars, the new Pixar flick, which i really enjoyed.
After that we went to the Bluesfest downtown where we did more eating and people watching than blues listening. The highlight of the people watching was a couple of hoes and their pimps walking around trying to find "clients" while a herd of cops also watched and made jokes about them while stuffing their faces with hot dogs. Stopped at a bar on the way back for a few drinks and some qualtiy drunken conversations.
Yesterday went to the Sox game and had pretty good seats in the Members Club area. We lost, but i always enjoy being at Comisky Park.
Did anyone notice that Chicago has a new champion?
Owner Mike Ditka's Chicago Rush Arena football team beat the Orlando Predators to win Arena Bowl XX, 69-61! Ironicly, Coach Mike Ditka's Chicago Bears won Super Bowl XX back in the day.
Tomorrow im off to see Front Line Assembly at Logan Square, which i expect nothing less than a great time with great music

Ive been out of martial arts for a few years, but i have 3+ years in tae kwon do with Woo Jin Jungs academy where i earned a black belt, half a year of hapkido at Iowa State University, and a year and a half of karate with Miyuki Miura.
