its taken 3 years to build up my base for weight training. went to the gym for the first time in weeks today. hopped on the leg press and pushed out my 800 pound usual. then squatted and drew out a little over 300 pounds. went to the bench press, tacked on 225 and pushed for that. then the various free weight excercises and cardio junk. i think im fit well enough. but then again i still have this chub around me. ive had quite a bit of aggression to take care of. and it looks like most of it is out of the system. im rambling tonight.

Damn, the Lightning are kicking the Penguins's ASS both in scoring and every time the penguins pick a fight. Pavel Kubina just layed Malone out in 1 punch! It's 9-0 Tampa. I'm listening to the streaming audio of the game. Wish I could see it on TV or something...
