Yah, so I was bored this afternoon and decided to go see War of The Worlds by myself. It was pretty cool, had its moments where it kinda sucked, but for the most part it was a decent little flick. The visuals and special effects were amazing, and there were very few parts where I was like *OH thats soooo fake* In fact there were a few scenes where I could feel my anxiety building because of the way it was presented. Quite well done.
Not much else exciting going on. I find out by the end of this week when I am supposed to start at EA, which is driving me nuts cause I want to start working so bad. I never really thought I would catch myself saying that, but its true. After a month and a 1/2 of being unemployed, I really cant wait to get to work. Sitting at home all the time is driving me insane.
This weekend should be pretty good, pubsquat on saturday, party/bbq on monday.
adios!

Thanks for your patience. I had a great trip, except for Oklahoma City, so I hope you didn't mind waiting.
So please post an introduction to the gang in the "new memebers" thread, go to photosets and add yourself and your bike to the "bike pictures" photoset. While you're there, feel free to look around and get an idea of who's already here. Then don't be shy about jumping in to discussions or starting new threads. There's no newbie hazing or initiation rituals here.
I'm glad you could come along for the ride!
ok later..
