Snakes on A Comic-Con!
Several months ago I started a lame website called Snakes On Stuff. I had ideas of grandeur, but haven't done much with it. My idea was to only post photos of snakes on stuff, and not really make mention of the movie Snakes on a Plane I figure the Snakes on a Blog guy pretty much has that covered. To date I have only made a dozen or so blog entries. Anyway I almost completely forgot about the site until I opened up my Snakes On Stuff email account and found the following email from New Line Cinema:
Hello from SNAKES ON A PLANE!
As an important blogger of New Line Cinema's upcoming film SNAKES ON A PLANE, we would like to invite you to an exclusive sneak peek of our booth at Comic-Con.
Please let us know if you will be attending Comic-Con this year and whether you can make it to this exclusive sneak peek. It should take approximately 30 minutes, and we will be personally walking you through the booth. The tour is scheduled for 5:30 pm on Wednesday 7/19 (30 minutes prior to the convention floor opening to pre-registered guests). You will be the ONLY group allowed to walk through the SNAKES ON A PLANE booth this early. In addition, you are welcome to bring your camera and take photos of the booth to exclusively debut in your blog as a first look. Please note, this invitation is exclusive to you only. (Access, ET, etc.. won't even have this first look access).
Separately, we'd like to invite you into a select group of bloggers to conduct 3 round table interviews with our star of SNAKES ON A PLANE, Samuel L. Jackson, David Ellis (director) and Jules Sylvester (snake handler) on Friday 7/21. These will be approximately 20-30 minutes in length, and are conducted in a private room upstairs at the San Diego Convention Center. You will have the opportunity to ask the above talent questions in a round table setting along with around 8-15 other bloggers.
We look forward to hearing back from you. You must RSVP to these 2 opportunities by replying to this e-mail in order to participate. Once you RSVP, we will follow-up with more details.
Thanks for all your support!

Now I dont plan on attending Comic-Con, but I plan on sending someone in my place. I have someone in the works. If anyone has any good questions to ask Samuel L. Jackson, the director, or the snake handler let me know. If anyone has any ideas to contribute to the Snakes On Stuff website, email them at snakesonstuff@gmail.com
Also since it has been over a month since I looked at the email account I had this following email as well:
I have come across your Snakes on Stuff blog, and I am impressed. I am putting together a book about the Internet craze that has resulted from "Snakes on a Plane," and I would like to know if you would agree to your blog being included in what I am doing here. If so, we would include some of the photos that appear on your blog, and would like to get some comments from you as well about your motivation.
If you are interested in this, please reply to this e-mail as soon as you can. Thanks.
P.S. This is serious.
Well I missed the boat on that one. I emailed him back and the book as already been completed and sent to the publisher.
Last night we saw Foo Fighters at The Paramount. Fun show. Dave Grohl is such an entertaining man. Note: Everlong is a stupid song for an audience to clap to.
