well, it gets worse inland for me because there is lower humidity. i grew up in alberta with like 10-30% humidity and it just kills me. i took a short trip to new mexico a few months ago and in the few days, my hands started to crack and bleed. YIKES. good luck with arizona, i haven't been there.

Hehe, yeah, the next thing i get to do is landscapes, though... that's a little boring, but i can take pictures of cities, so it's not that bad. i'm going to go into the old parts of my town and a nearby place and take photos this weekend.
This time was just pretty much anything i wanted, as long as i could get a good classic black and white photograph. So i just took pictures of crap around my dorm.
i was having issues with winding my camera, but i think i have it figured out. When i would pull back the lever, it would snap a picture, but if i don't attempt to do it all at once, like, if i pull back the lever in two shorter things, it usually works out. i wasted some film, though... but just a few frames, so i think i'm alright.

Pot and beer help. Then i watch Across the Universe or Fear and Loathing and giggle about watching Flea lick LSD off of Raoul Duke's sleeve in a bathroom repeatedly, or freaking out when Uncle Sam wants Max so bad. That part is trippy.
And then i'll stand in the kitchen consuming terrible things, like butter crackers with vanilla cake icing. And then i'll pass out and be completely dead and burned out in the morning, which makes me happy because i don't feel a thing. Like, i'm not sad or scared of anxious or anything. i'm... happy.
i went chasing the most beautiful rainbow i'd ever seen yesterday. It was a double rainbow, too. The bottom one was neon, and the top one was pretty faint and pastel, but they were both unbroken arches. They disappeared before we could catch them.
