things i saw while biking around town today.
a 6'3" ogre of a hairy beast standing chest to chest with a 5'5" bald guy with gotique in an empty parking space. both were staring menacingly at each other and mumbling things that didn't seem too nice or too important.
two dreadlocked hippies in their early twenties debating whether or not they would "bang a homeless chick if she was hot".
a friend with a great new haircut.
two "slow" fellows wearing bright red sweatpants/sweatshirts and about 4 days of scruff talking very emphatically, ignoring the people they were almost hitting with each arm gesture.
stickfas.
about a dozen service industry workers that seemed very unhappy to be working on a nice day like today, but still smiled at my when i rode by.
a 10v ac adapter. apparently they stopped making these about 6 years ago, and the only things that use them are my mixer that i have no adapter for, and, as i discovered today, SNES. now it will be a lot easier to get one.
two guys trying to carry in a new kiln piece by piece down hawthorne. i helped out.
but I didn't find what i was looking for. ah well.
i have determined that as you are biking you take the world in bite-size nuggets. you see things coming, determine what they are, and are either proven right or wrong when you get there, then the next sketch is coming over the horizon.
i like that.
